Pakistan Stock market traders decide on the selling and buying of shares on the performance of companies in KSE 100 .

KSE100 Index is the largest index in the Pakistan stock market which captures 80% of the market .
It is run by public demand and supply. No one can interfere in it with their influence.

What is KSE 100 index ?


The KSE 100 Index started in November 1991 with 1000 points. At that time there were 3 separate stock exchanges in Pakistan which include Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore stock exchange .
On January 11, 2016, the three stock exchanges Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi were merged to form a stock exchange called Pakistan Stock Exchange.
